As a Creativity and Creative Wellness Coach, I offer a hands-on, heart-first partnership to help you reconnect with your creative flow, rediscover your voice, and build a rhythm that feels both sustainable and soul-full.
Born and raised in Whanganui, I’m based right here in Aotearoa. land of bold ideas, big-hearted makers, and deep whakapapa. From the adventurous spirit of Peter Jackson to the lyrical introspection of Lorde, Taika Waititi’s fearless storytelling, and the timeless power of Māori art and kaupapa, this whenua is rich with creative energy.
What grounds my approach is a uniquely Kiwi perspective, infused with whanaungatanga (connection), kaitiakitanga(guardianship), and a respect for nature, community, and authenticity. Coaching with me isn’t about formulas, it’s about reclaiming creativity as part of your wellbeing and identity. It’s spacious. Intentional. Uplifting.
Whether you’re stuck, uncertain, or just craving some clarity, I support you with structure, reflection, and strategies that honour where you’re at, and where you want to go. I blend my background in early childhood education, tech, and coaching with a playful, empowering energy that helps ideas take root and grow.
My style is simple: real tools, real support, and no pressure to perform. I’ll walk alongside you as you build rhythms that nurture your energy, explore creative direction, and use tools (including AI, if it suits!) in ways that make sense for you. Whether you're making art, writing, teaching, or finding your creative spark again, I’m here to help you do it your way, with more ease, more joy, and a deep sense of alignment.
